Please note 2 SiteFinder-related meeting invitations for Carthage on Monday, Oct.27:

1) morning cross-constituency open meeting to discuss wild card services; and
2) afternoon informational workshop on SiteFinder related issues and experiences.

Obviously everyone is invited. There may be opportunities for presentations for those who will be in Carthage. Please let me know if you think you would like to make a presentation at the workshop. As more details become available, I will let you know.

Thanks.

Dear Elana, The BC is very interested in organizing, along with other constituencies, an informational briefing on wildcards. We are reaching out to the other three groups that we know have raised questions or expressed views about wildcards, to invite you to join us in organizing an informational briefing. I apologize for the short notice. We are all facing very sort deadlines but it seems to me that an informational, fact based briefing can only serve the interests of all.

Accordingly, I am inviting you to help to plan a workshop. I know that you said that you will need to consult with your constituency regarding speakers, content, etc.

I hope that you can join with the BC, and the At Large and ISPCP to organize the informational event...

Separately, the Cross Constituency (CC) would like to meet with your constituency to discuss views about wildcards. While we usually meet Tuesday am., I understand that isn't good for you, Accordingly, we could suggest Monday am. if we can jointly work on organizing an hour where whomever is available from our groups can come to meet with you. .This is really separate from the public informational workshop, and I hope that is clear.
