Dear Bob - that is part of the agenda, currently under the "fraud" item.
I was going to make the presentation, but now that Tim Ruiz is coming, perhaps he'd like to as he's very knowledgeable. Tim?

Subject: [registrars] Credit for long term fraudulent credit card
registrations.
Dear Colleagues:
There have been discussions of registries crediting registrars for long
term fraudulent credit card registrations, followed by chargebacks.
I don't know whether this subject is intrinsic in the agenda for the Marina
del Rey meeting. If not, could it be added to the Friday morning joint
meeting of Registries and Registrars?
Regards, BobC
