[reg-com] Second draft of registry approval process
Hello All, See attached second draft of the registry approval process. The main changes are a simplification of the quick look and detailed review process into a single set of recommendations, with a single diagram. Much of the text with definitions and timelines has been taken from the draft .net agreement (which was based on the concepts in the first draft). The reconsideration processes from the bylaws are now considered as appendices (as we are not making any changes here). Note the formatting is not yet perfect. Regards, Bruce Tonkin Attachment:
