Hello All,

I am trying to set up a meeting with the General Counsel for Monday next
week.

1pm Monday 17 May, Los Angeles
4pm Monday 17 May, Washington
9pm Monday 17 May, London
6am Tuesday 18 May, Melbourne

The agenda will be to discuss the status of the diagrams folowing
advicde from the General Counsel on issues such as the requirement for
Board approval of material changes and the impact of the existing
reconsideration process.  I will update the diagrams prior to the
meeting.
