Although this statement is not on behalf of the gTLD Registries Constituency, we hope that ICANN and the GNSO Council find our comments and process helpful. The Statement consists of two documents. The first is a flow chart (which I am providing in both "word" and "visio" formats). The second is an explanation of the Flow Chart. As a registry operator that will be significantly impacted by such a process, we hope that this document helps move the process along. I would be happy to make myself available in Rome (or earlier) to explain the process in more detail. I could also volunteer to present it in Rome during the workshop.
