Hi everybody,

Attached please find the GNSO Appointments Procedure which has been drafted 
by council members in order to develop a "standardized" GNSO process for 
appointing Review Team members.
A first discussion about will take place at the council call tomorrow. I'm 
going to request for an appropriate time of SG/C-internal discussion.
Nevertheless your early comments to the draft would be appreciated.
