Pursuant to the rules for  the election for for the position of ISPCP
representative to the GNSO Council, this is the formal notification that
Mikey O?Connor has been nominated by  Tony Holmes and duly seconded by Tony
Harris and pursuant to the voting process, Mikey O?Connor, who has accepted
the nomination, and as the one and only nominee is proclaimed as ISPCP
representative to the GNSO Council without a formal vote.
