hi Akinori,
here is a slightly reworked version to smooth out some of the sentences. i hope these are helpful suggestions.

ISPCP meets with RIRs
In 2012 Autumn, ISPCP launched a new program to conduct outreach sessions at all five regional RIR meetings.
RIRs (Regional Internet Registries) administer IP number resources, and their meetings focus on discussions of IP numbers policies, including Global IP numbers Policy administered by IANA .
The ISPCP is reaching out to RIR members because, in addition to obtaining IP numbers from RIRs, they are ISPs and carriers who are fully eligible to become ISPCP members.
ISPCP presented a short presentation titled "Invitation to ICANN GNSO ISPCP" which provided an overview of ICANN and ISPCP, at all five regional RIR meetings as below:
APNIC 34, Phnom Penh, Cambodia, August
RIPE 65, Amsterdam, Netherlands, September
ARIN XXX, Dallas, USA, October
LACNIC XVIII, Montevideo, Uruguay, October
AfriNIC 17, Khartoum, Sudan, November
ISPCP recognizes this series of presentations as the important part of an ongoing dialog with the RIRs, and and is hoping to continue the conversation at future RIR meetings.
