i've been corresponding with Nancy Lupiano (the head of ICANN events stuff) and she's been assured by the Hilton that they're going to make things right.  yours is the first confirmation that's come through.

for the rest of you who got bounced -- please let me know when the correction email comes through and i'll push the list along to Nancy -- she's very interested (as you might imagine).
