[ispcp] Council chair election
All, Please find attached the potential timelines for 2 election procedure options suggested by Stéphane: voting in Dakar vs. Electronic voting (starting at least 3 weeks) before Dakar. One council requirement is that the new council members should take part in the election (although they'll formally assume position at the end of the annual meeting only). Voting in Dakar seems to cope with this requirement at best. The council shall discuss the options at its meeting next week.
