I agree with the draft.
 
In response to the statement given by myself at the Public meeting in
Cartagena Peter seemed to be confused why we raised the IP addressing
question (meaning that this topic may not be necessarily in the ATRT
scope). I think an additional explanatory sentence in this respect could
support our request. Do you have something appropriate in mind?

Here is an updated draft of the ISPCP position on the ATRT report. The
intention is to submit this to the ICANN Board to supplement the
statement Wolf-Ulrich made to the Board during the Public Forum in
Cartagena.

 

My thanks go to Alain Bidron for preparing the initial draft.

 

Please comment back by return if you have any concerns or edits over the
submission of this document as it needs to be submitted quite urgently.
