As indicated in our last conference call, attached is a proposal drafted between Tony Holmes and myself, for an ISPCP position to be send in response to the public 
comment request on the gTLD program - Draft Expression of Interest/Pre-registrations model.

As the deadline is the 27 January 2010, please provide any comment within the next 24 hours.
