The latest GNSO Council Resolution sets aside even
less time for public comments than was previously
offered. The resolution regarding the upcoming WHOIS
Final Report notes that the public comment period will
be from October 15 to October 31... not even the
twenty days we were accorded for new gTLD commentary.

Inasmuch as most councilors can't be bothered to read
or fully discuss the public comments (even when it's
an agenda item), this should come as no surprise to
anyone.
