<P>All,</P>
<P>&nbsp;</P>
<P>&nbsp; I am sorry to read Mr. Dierkers false and horrible response here.&nbsp; Of course</P>
<P>he knows his statements below are domonstrably false which is why he made</P>
<P>them and has decided to take the actions he seemingly is desirus to take</P>
<P>accordingly.&nbsp; </P>
<P>&nbsp; So, as I have already registered my formal disgust and complaint&nbsp;with his lack of logic, </P>
<P>memory, repeated "Marketing Jargon" trailer records on all of his posts which waste band width,</P>
<P>refusal to do his own research/ look ups in this forum's archives, but ask others to</P>
<P>do it for him, as does Debbie, I again register my formal complaint accordingly. </P>
<P>However I am not so shallow as to not read his or anyones remarks as a knee</P>
<P>jerk reaction, but rather will always read everyones remarks in the spirit and</P>
<P>demonstration of openness and transparency regardless of their worth, illogic,</P>
<P>falsity, or inherent incorrectness of any sort or type.<BR><BR><BR></P>

<DIV>I did it. Missed a much desired nap, but I went through Sr. Williams posts for the month of August. Interesting subject matter but entirely too convoluted in the areas of English and Logic. I had a Philosophy professor back at Northern Arizona who said; "if you like who you read, it ain't worth it". In this case it was damn well worth it.</DIV>
<DIV>&nbsp;</DIV>
<DIV>In no way did I find anything that could be called a motion to amend or proposed language for an amendment. There were some flailing attempts(I think) that would require more effort from the reader than was used to make the attempt. I had to conclude that on a whole the comments regarding the adoption of the rules and any amendments were solo attempts to derail the process.</DIV>
<DIV>&nbsp;</DIV>
<DIV>I have reviewed my process as a GA Chair and have concluded, I would not change anything in the past as regards Jeff Williams. In the future though I will not read, but appropriately file posts by Mr. Williams so that I can easily reference them later. Also note I will pick up any responsive posts to his posts.</DIV>
<DIV>&nbsp;</DIV>
<DIV>It is not my intention to allow trolls and intimidators to harm the hard work we have all done by simply staying here.</DIV>
<DIV>&nbsp;</DIV>
<DIV>By copy of this posts I am formally complaining regarding Jeff Williams' recent postings as being disruptive. In particular posting falsities with the specific intent that they disrupt ongoing activity on this list.</DIV>

<DIV>Mr. Dierker and all,</DIV>
<DIV>&nbsp;</DIV>
<DIV>&nbsp; Yet another flip-flop?&nbsp; Seem so here in these remarks below.&nbsp; First</DIV>
<DIV>draft rules, than Mr. dierker several times ask for amendments, several</DIV>
<DIV>forum members posted amendments including myself three times, seconded</DIV>
<DIV>Teds twice, and made a motion for another amendment, than voting in which</DIV>
<DIV>all of 11 out of 200+ GA forum members voted.&nbsp; Again durring the vote, Mr. </DIV>
<DIV>Dierker ask for amendments, and again I, Ted and two other members posted</DIV>
<DIV>proposed amendments.&nbsp; Than Mr. Dierker suggested no amending durring voting</DIV>
<DIV>period which seems to be another flip-flop ergo poor process/procedure.&nbsp; Than</DIV>
<DIV>Debbie ask me to repost those amendments.&nbsp; I said no because I and others</DIV>
<DIV>have posted them several times already and they are avaliable in the archives</DIV>
<DIV>of this GA forum.&nbsp; Than in another flip-flop, Mr. Dierker decides that it doesn't</DIV>
<DIV>matter what amendments essentially.&nbsp; Than Debbie says she cannot remember</DIV>
<DIV>any amendments being posted.&nbsp; </DIV>
<DIV>&nbsp;</DIV>
<DIV>&nbsp; What a saga, eh!&nbsp;&nbsp; But not really anything out of the ordinary for Mr. Dierker</DIV>
<DIV>of given the history of the GA.<BR><BR><BR></DIV>

<DIV>This being close of business in the Jurisdiction and time zone of ICANN, and there being no objection of process or substance, the proposed amendments to our list rules are adopted.</DIV>
<DIV>&nbsp;</DIV>
<DIV>I ask Madame Editor to make it so and publish the new Rules with amendments.</DIV>
