Danny and all,
My answer to Paul's question is no there is not a
need by registrants for any new entity to assist or
intervine. If one was imposed, which seems what Pauls is
indirectly suggesting, privacy of some registrants would
be compermised as a result. That would be inconsistant
with good or best practice and current and recent US as
well EU privacy laws.
