Aug 12th is the current date set to begin Voting. The 14th is the last
day. Since ICANN is situated in the PDT we will use that. 6am the 12th
to 6pm the 14th.
 
I was working on a Voting Booth but unless everything falls in place in
a few hours, that will have to be for next time. One of the problems is,
who runs it, because clearly I should not.
I will be tallying the votes here though - because it is so open and
transparent; other than my math skills, nothing could be skewed. Early
votes will be counted, why not?
