Dr. Dierker and all,
I believe the real problem here is not the voting both itself, but
whom
and how it is controlled. Frankly it would seem wise that a neutral
third party take over the control of Joop's voting both, rather than
discount it all together. However I am relatively sure this may meet
with some resistance from both Joop and Dr. Dierker. As such,
what we seem to be developing here in the General Assembly
is a Control Freak problem.
