Debbie,

  My point exactly.  Most of us have other
work related responsibilities the preclude doing
research for other members/participants of the GA 
or any other organization pro bono. I would think 
this would be understood without saying.  Guess I 
was wrong about that.  Hence why I suggested
the hiring of a research assistant/temp.

  I would have also assumed, perhaps wrongly also,
that participation on this forum for RAA, a
certain level of knowledge base, background in
registry and registration function and operation
for TLD registries, and a knowledge in the
differences, however broadly, of differences in
standards and standards bodies, and a understanding
of the ICANN history of these RAA contracts as well
as assignment practice of registrars and TLD registries.
>From what I have read so far, I am sure I was wrong 
about that to an extent.
