Karl and all,

  Well said, and I could not agree more.  Thank you.  However
unfortunately, unconscionable is a stalwart of ICANN and reflects
badly on the US, particularly and specifically on DOC/NTIA, which
remains baffling to me.  Maybe someday they will stand up and
recognize what ICANN has done so badly, and damaged so many,
for the benefit of so few, for too long, and for no good reason...  It
saddens and sickens me that my daughters and their generation will
likely inherit some, if not all of this legacy.  Sadder still, they already
know it.  >:(

However I disagree with your considered evaluation of Roberto.
