Roberto,

I see value in having a GA teleconference to discuss
the "GNSO improvements" that have been outlined by the
Board Governance Committee's Working Group.  It would
be appreciated if you could direct ICANN Staff to
arrange such a teleconference.  Please advise if you
are agreeable to this proposition.
