[ga] More on "Who can't be an icann registrar?"

A few days ago, I asked if someone banned for life by the Federal Trade Commission can be an icann Registrar.

After some research, now I wonder if this same icann registrar, travelregistrar.com, is also a front for the .travel registry, owned by TheGlobe.com.

According to Whois records, this icann registrar shares both management and a street address with the TheGlobe.com spinoff called Speecho.  The technical contact for officialtravelregistrar.com is listed as an employee of TheGlobe.com subsidiary called Voiceglo, which redirects to travelregistrar.com.

According to Google, Voiceglo was a unit of TheGlobe.com, parent company of the .travel registry.  Voiceglo has since been spun off as Speecho, but is still owned by the same majority shareholders as TheGlobe.com, owner of the .travel registry.

Speecho, travelregistrar.com and officialtravelregistrar.com are all listed as having the same address and management in Florida and share employees from TheGlobe.com.  

So, if Speecho is controlled by the TheGlobe.com, then wouldn't it make sense that travelregistrar.com is too?

Is icann now allowing registries to own registrars?
