Danny and all,

  Danny is right here.  And in fact some time ago when the RAA's were
being developed and discussed/debated this was a huge which went
ignored by ICANN, the GNSO council, and many of the registrars.
Of course now that this horse is out of the barn a la RegistryFly the
wisdom of those that recognized this as a serious problem when
the RAA's were being developed and discussed/debated may now
be recognized and hopefully addressed.  But as usual I am not holding
my breath.
