I would think that might be a srtong motivator. If you're already in
the highest tax bracket (e.g. Twomey and other senior people), gaining
immunity from income taxes is like getting an 80% to 100% pay raise
(i.e. after taxes).
If immunity from income taxes was achieved, a *reduction* in gross
salaries by 40%+ should be done, with the cost savings passed on to
registrants.
