14. On information and belief, RegisterFly.com has
pushed over 14,500 domains into an account named Fraud
Recovery.
15. From the Fraud Recovery account, the 14,500 domain
names are being pushed to an account at
www.CredoNIC.com where they are being sold to the
public by a name squatter.
16. I only have been given the attached exhibits as
screen shots of the Fraud Recovery account, and I
cannot personally verify that this information is true
[attached as Affidavit Exhibit 4].
17. The second name on Exhibit 4 which is purported to
be names in the Fraud Recovery account is
?outhernpre.com?
18. When I went to www.credonic.com and searched, the
name is in fact being offered for sale there.

19. www.credonic.com is listed with Whois.com with a
P.O. Box in Hallandale, FL 33008. [attached as
Affidavit Exhibit 6]
20. Kevin Medina?s apartment address is 450 Alton Rd,
Miami Beach, FL 33139-6713, which is 15 miles from the
P.O. Box for www.credonic.com. [attached as
Affidavit Exhibit 7]
21. The domain names are now being sold, potentially
back to the rightful owner, at exorbitant prices; in
this case $500.00 at www.CredoNIC.com. [attached as
Affidavit Exhibit 5]
