It is my desire that the GNSO take this as a notification of self organization on behalf of the GA. Our dates are set and we are moving forward with the elections for chair and vice chair.
I strongly and urgently request that if there is any objection to this project that we be notified on this list that it be made kinown to this list no later than March 30th of this year 2007.
Without any such notice we will assume there to be tacit approval and recognition of our organizing.
