Eric and all,

  We have heard/read this refrain ( see subject line above ) before
from the esteemed Dr. Dierker.  And the degree that the "Marketing"
is honest and forthright, it is true.  However as we have all seen and
even Dr. Dierker has frequently remarked or otherwise commented on,
ICANN rarely has been honest, above board or forthright.  Hence such
a such a suggestion again revisited has little barring or merit as far
as
ICANN is concerned.  Indeed Eric Menge of the SBA frequently
and strongly objected to ICANN's marketing tactics and attitude towards
small business owners with a presence/registered domain name in the
method and type of policies and policy determination ICANN has been
and still is engaged in.
