Karl, Danny and all,

  The ALAC was ill conceived from it's beginning and from this
"Self Review" is no better now.  What is and has been needed,
is direct election of ICANN BoD members by ANY and ALL
stakeholders/users whom wish of their own free will and not
restricted in any way.  2/3's of all ICANN BoD member seat
should be elected in this manner if realistic stakeholder/user
representation is to be ever achieved.
