Danny, Suzanne, John, and all,

Who is going to guarantee the accuracy of WHOIS data?
Surly not ICANN or any registry, as they have repeatedly
shown that they cannot or will not do so...  So is the NTIA
going to insure the accuracy of WHOIS data?
