I used to carry a moniker of GIS, Global Internet Strategist, I know first hand what global means. Robust interconnecting synergism that creates a dynamic whole.
  If you think it means around the world you are behind the curve by about 90%.
  In this context it is laughable, kind of like an MoU without a letter of credit and letter of intent.
