Most of these hearings allow written testimony from third parties if you 
submit it it proper form (PDF's usually work) to the right person within 
the closing period (usually a week or two after the oral part.)

That doesn't mean that it will be read, but it will at least live in 
"the record" (assuming anybody ever looks at it.)
