I see your point Hugh. I guess I should have worded it this way: "Among
the gTLDs in the ICANN root, registrars clearly have the option to
decide what gTLDs they want to offer and that is the way it should be."
I was only trying to point out that registrars are not forced to offer a
gTLD just because they are ICANN-accredited.
