I am a non-native English speaker, and therefore I have two questions 
- may be somewhat irrelevant to what you write:

1. Is the publication on the web site a direct response to your 
complaint with the Ombudsman (as I read your mail)?

2. Why are you CC: Bret Fausett in your original mail, or he has 
something to do with that matter?
