The new GNSO report is very enlightening. It appears to be written by a scribner who got paid by the word. "all they need say is that the contract is to be read as though intended to comply with the law" (jurisdiction, venue and arbitration can be included).
   
  OTOH perhaps the GNSO really does think it can write and enforce contracts in violation, of world, nation, state/province laws.
   
  It is exactly the type of intrusion that the WHOIS allows that is to be protected by these privacy laws. They said Avri voted no due to privacy. I think perhaps Avri voted no because Avri knows the wrongness and huge legal liability this plan will create. And noting that probable practicality, look for Avri
