I have found in my very short life (although longer than Jesus') that failure rests in the hands of those that assume control and then deny it to more qualified. Boys become men and girls become women, but those old men and women that do not move aside are obstacles to freedom. Our internet is the same. The elders that do not give into "new", are articles of disaster. They should retire rather that be hung, or what did the French do?
We must all laugh and cry at recent disasters and yet think how absent ICANN has been. Totally worthless.
