The additional comments here are fairly simple.

IP interests created this concept as a bunch of back room cigar smokin deal brokers. They also lobbied and got a travesty of law passed called "anti-cybersqsuatting". For purely financial reasons some courts and WIPO thought they could capitalize on it. They did so by invading and denegration of Privacy and Free Speech.
Well good men like Barton and Williams and Sotiris and Danny, and really good women like Judith and Joanna, told us this was wrong but we fought amoung ourselves trying to reach "consensus".
It is a sad day. We who are only invited Knights of this roundtable of Ideas have been left with no choice but to take up sword. There is not a bloody fight raging, but even the most liberal of campuses of American Idealism are raising the funds and forcing the violation of rights of speech and privacy issues to be faught, by Gladiators through words and legal procedure.
Fillabusters of Judges and awakening sleeping giants such as Gerry Spence and his simple minions that will march off to fight a new crusade will occur. I mean a new breed of Semper Fidelis. One occupied by us retired Lt. JG boys of the Lawyer and lowest rank. It is perhaps too late for the wonderful folks of the internet to retract but it is not too late for us old warriors to see the damage done by your convolution of ancient tradition, i play weak but it is only so i may seek peace. I want only to garden and to meditate and find peaceful harmony. I am not old and can still carry a 40 kilo backback up and down the grand canyon and the rockies. These IP boys are breakin my mules back so it is time to go to war. God help me for i know not who i slay.

Why do I sit here at this early hour before Church Services where i only serve and yet read the Hague Conventions?
