What is spam? Our laws seem confused. Lying entreaties are certainly a scam but are they spam?
Some dude named Whizer White, a football player from Arizona, said something strange; "I cannot define it but I know it when I see it". Perhaps he was quoting some other dude named Cordoza, laying some groundwork for some other guy named Marshall. (oh yea, they were talking about pornography - earlier spam?)
 
Pussy dotPRO sucks. Isn't that funny. Or is it sad? A card counter in a blackjack game is never penalized for being a cheater, but she is politely and forcibly asked to leave town. A domain name landrush capitalizer is not criminalized but perhaps they should pack up their wares and set down stakes elsewhere. Scammers and spammers probably should not be caned or put in stocks in the town square but a prodding to get the hell out of my town may be in order, or I'll sucker punch the asshole and pay his rent in my Juscow (sp).
But now we are talking the UN and Barclays and B of A and Chase Manhattan - some woman want to kick their ass? Here is the point; Honorable ladies do honorable things and when they don't Hauptman steps up and kicks their derrier into northern Mt. Washington. However this debacle with PRO is sickening and it repeats with .WS and dotINFO and on and on. ICANN is beginning to be pandemic. They infect us all with a sense of failure and carte blanche expense accounts.
If Richard, Sotiris, Danny or Jeff are ready to move forward I will support them.
