Richard and all former DNSO GA members or other interested
stakeholders/users,

  ICANN is seeking to do nothing with this correspondence.  It is only
seeking to "Take the temperature" of EnCirca and RegistryPro to see
IF they will consider some amendments to their own Registry agreement
for .Pro domain names and the "Pro-Forwarding Service".  Basically
ICANN is asking for permission instead of issuing a mandate with
DOC/NTIA's DOC/NTIA's approval.  Basically, milk toast...
