Hello,
It brings into question NAF's neutrality when they issue press releases
after decisions. See:
http://www.prnewswire.com/cgi-bin/stories.pl?ACCT=109&STORY=/www/story/03-22-2005/0003239590&EDATE=
for a recent press release concerning the hillaryclinton.com domain
name. They don't issue press releases after ALL decisions. Courts don't
issue press releases after their decisions either. I think that there
is an ethical question here in what NAF is doing, and ICANN should
write something into its arbitation service provider rules to ensure
there is both neutrality AND the *appearance* of neutrality.
Sincerely,
George Kirikos
