OK, here's just a snapshot of the crazy activity that's been going on at RegistryPro over the past month. Question for RegistryPro: have you autheticated each and every one of these registrations (as required by your Agreement with ICANN) not to mention hundreds of other registrations in the past month which I have not listed (yet) here? Another Question for RegistryPro: did it not seem strange to you that this sudden activity was going on, and why are nearly all these domains active, and at what stage did you stop taking the money and notify ICANN of this sudden spate of registrations? And finally a question for Tim Cole (ICANN liaison) and Vint Cerf (ICANN President): if these registrations are in breach of the ICANN Agreements, does this mean that we are faced with another round of cancellations (such as we had with .info and .biz)? What does an ICANN Agreement actually mean? What does ICANN accreditation actually mean? I see this (potentially) as a justification of the argument for punitive sanctions against Registries or Registrars who abuse ICANN processes.

There are hundreds / thousands more like these... has RegistryPro checked and authenticated the professional credentials of all these people over the past month? Has EnCirca adhered to ICANN policies? I thought .pro names were supposed to be used for professional accreditation, not as yet another gTLD.

Yrs,

Richard Henderson
