  I have counted up 212 shell registrars so far -- here are the major ones:

  98 --  showing contact name Jennifer Ross-Carriere jen@xxxxxxxxxxxx
  47 -- showing contact name Gordy Seeley gseeley@xxxxxxxxxxx
  39 -- showing contact names James Beaver & Martin Garthwaite 1-425-883-8860  
  7 -- showing phone number 1-650-331-0716 

  As this is already around 45% of the accreditations, I would anticipate serious future problems if this scenario continues to play out with certain sets of registrars acting to game the system... Tim,! could you perhaps tell us what ICANN's view is on this matter...
