Someone is joking here. Free speech seems to have lost some meaning.
I must pay to play? Is this like skiing? Or perhaps a membership in a country club?
Again I should just be quiet because I do not speak the same language that charges for speech. I wonder if the term "Indian giver" still has meaning.
