I am sorry, again I might be missing something.
Are these guys connected with the same folks that blamed Haliburton for malfeasance and yet all along were hiding Kofi, President of the world, stealing money with his family from funds earmarked for children. Of course these would be the same folks married to the Clintons.
Again I apologize for my lack of understanding as to who funds what.
WSIS, WHO, CIPIH, WGIG, UN, ITU, perhaps others? Who does Harold work for these days and while your at it look into who Vinton Cerf has retained for a lawyer in his Worldcom affairs.
Funding and Openness and transparency are circular conspiracy theories come to fruit.
