Eric and all former DNSO GA members or other interested
stakeholder/users,

  I for one am not at all surprised that Verisign or anyone else would
consider the GNSO as being captured as outlined in Versigins
FAC.  The GNSO is indeed to in extent or another, captured ever
sense the GA from the defunct DNSO was abandon as a result
of Stuart Lynn's reform process and adopted by the than ICANN
BoD...
