Danny and all former DNSO GA members or other interested
stakeholders/users,

  Much like ICANN, DOC/NTIA has trouble in maintaining it's own
web site.  This is not the first time DOC/NTIA have had some
difficulty.  However this does seem to be the most severe incident...
Maybe the ICANN Webmaster is moonlighting for DOC/NTIA???
