Danny and all former DNSO GA members or other interested
stakeholders/users,

  And most of these principals are good ones.  But to characterize them
as
"Enshrined" would seemingly denote a religious fervor.  That simply is
a very big overstatement.

  However the principal's that the ALAC does not meet are:
its management should be multilateral, transparent and democratic
   its management should involve fully governments, private sector,
civil society and international organizations

  The first, because the ALAC recent membership requirements are not
transparent nor democratic.

  The second the ALAC also does not meet due to recent membership
requirements regarding attending a certain number of ICANN meetings
physically.  So the "Fully" is not met by the ALAC...  Ergo it by the
principals definition is not meeting these principals you provided and
seemingly extoll...
