Sotiris and all former DNSO GA members or other interested stakeholders/users,

  Your right of course here Sotiris.  It does amount to taxation in the
form of a questionably legal fee.  I wonder how ICANN will stand
up to Sarbains-Oxley that recently went into effect on 11/15/04
in regards to this fee/tax?
