Eric and all former DNSO GA members or other interested
stakeholders/users,
It seems or occurs to me that there is a disconnect in comprehension
on
Twomey's part regarding some or most of Diop's remarks/comments
as you provided them. Indeed Twomey is correct that there was no
mention of a "continental cultural drift" whatever that means or if such
actually exists in respect to Twomey's meaning. However Towmey
is incorrect about the rest of his response/remarks. As such it seems
that a great disconnect is present from within ICANN as many of
us already have known for some time...
