Eric and all former DNSO GA members or other interested
stakeholders/users,

  As long as the US provides approx. 70% of the UN's funding which
is the very life blood for these "Studies" or "Commissions" we will all
see how a good share of our tax dollars are questionably used or spent.
After all, there are still some poor folks that don't know or are
not convinced that the earth is round.   BTW the content
at http://www.internetgovernance.org/ is a little bit less than
informative...

  As to your closing question in your remarks/comments below,
getting this sort of job requires some serious finagling, deceit
and gial to be considered.
