Richard and all former DNSO GA members or other interested stakeholders/users,

  Well most of us that have been around for a number of years  before
you were active in these forums Richard, have witnessed many of our
French Stakeholders/users from .nic.fr to be dismissive all too frequently
and in many instances, unjustifiably.  However given the current and now
fairly long term ongoing  political climate between France towards
US stakeholders/citizens as well as stakeholders/citizens of the
United Kingdom, it comes as no real surprise to yet again read more
of the same old nonsense from our fellow stakeholder/user, Stephane
Bortzmeyer.
