ICANN is in the process of changing the handlers of IP addresses of those in control of approximately 25% of all email accounts. This will have direct and a one step trickle down effect on all email users, including pricing, service, telephony, and access.
These moves will have a direct effect on costing of DSL and dial-up and satellite useage.
If you want to have input that will be heard in ICANN post here and by automation it will be forwarded to many decision makers and pundits and expert.
Sincerely,
Eric
